These Terms and Conditions govern the Services provided by GOGIPSY to the CLIENT.Being “GOGIPSY – TECNOLOGIA UNIPESSOAL LDA”, a public limited company, with registered office at Rua S. Francisco, n.º 660, Adroana, 2645-019 Alcabideche, Legal Person n.º 515860662, registered at the Commercial Registry Office under the same number, with a share capital of EUR 1,000.00 (one thousand Euros), with Social Security Identification Number 25158606620.
Being the “CLIENT” – any natural and/or legal person who accesses and/or uses and/or acquires the Services and Products made available by GOGIPSY.
The access and use of the Services provided by GOGIPSY to the CLIENT are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which the CLIENT should read to accept before its access and use. The CLIENT’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions generates a contractual relationship between the CLIENT and GOGIPSY. If the CLIENT does not accept these Terms and Conditions, they will not be able to access or use the Services. These Terms and Conditions expressly revoke any previous contracts or agreements with the CLIENT.
Additional provisions, such as rules for a particular event, activity or promotion, may apply to certain Services and such additional provisions will be communicated to the CLIENT through the Application and/or the Website in connection with the applicable Services. The additional provisions complement and will be considered part of the Terms and Conditions for the purposes of the applicable Services, after having been read and accepted by the CLIENT. Additional provisions shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of a conflict concerning the applicable Services.
GOGIPSY may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The changes will be communicated to the CLIENT. When accessing or using the Services, the CLIENT agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any changes in force at the time of use of the Services by the CLIENT. The CLIENT recognizes that it is and will always be free to use or not the Services.
The voucher purchased is valid for the day and time mentioned on it, and must be presented and validated at the time of boarding.
Proof of purchase of the voucher may be required.
Children under 3 years of age may travel free of charge as long as they are properly accompanied and do not occupy a seat (cf. art. 150 of the car transport regulations).
Unauthorised resale of vouchers issued is prohibited.
2. sales channels
Vouchers can be purchased from the GOGIPSY sales network, available on its website (www.gogipsy.com).
They can be presented in digital format or printed at the time of shipment. After purchasing the voucher from the website, it will be sent to the email address indicated by the CLIENT during the online purchase process.
If a seat is available, tickets can still be purchased on board.
3.Methods of payment
Cash and credit card payments are allowed at the GOGIPSY points of sale;
Only cash payments may be made to authorized agents;
The titles purchased on the website (www.gogipsy.com) can only be paid through credit card and Paypal;
Only cash payments are allowed on board.
The minimum fare on the GOGIPSY express is 5.29 euros. No tariff plan will have values marketed below this tariff.
The presentation of the voucher/title of transport is obligatory in the act of complaint, which must be made in a GOGIPSY’s own sales office.
The fares are dynamic and it may be possible to practice variable additions and discounts on the fare of whole tickets, provided they are duly advertised, and the value of the title with the discount can never be less than 5.29 euros, taking into account factors such as the dimensioning of the offer/demand binomial, seasonality and the days of the week/month, seeking network synergies that can bring benefits to consumers/passengers.
5.Exchanges and returns
In case of return it will be made through the same means of payment made, 30 working days after the order. The request should be made through the email: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can only make returns for trips that have not yet been made.
In case of exchange, it will be necessary to make the request through the email email@example.com, at least three hours in advance, being possible to make only one exchange per ticket. It is not possible to exchange expired / validated tickets.
6.Use of voucher
The purchase of a voucher does not entitle the passenger to a specific seat reservation, the seats on board are allocated in order of arrival.
Fees are neither refundable nor revalidable, with the exception of situations directly attributable to the company, and reimbursement, if any, will be made within a maximum of 30 working days and by bank transfer;
Validated tickets are not subject to cancellation or refund.

You should give a brief description of what happened, indicating for this purpose your reservation number or the data requested during the purchase, such as name, identification document number, email address used for the purchase, origin/destination of the trip.
Data communication through the Internet channel is not guaranteed error-free and GOGIPSY does not guarantee its permanent accessibility.
As such, GOGIPSY cannot assume any guarantees for the constant availability of its website/application and other computer systems that support them.
7.Rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility
Disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility shall enjoy general rights of passengers in bus and coach transport as well as the following rights:
In accordance with applicable passenger safety regulations, or health and safety requirements defined by the competent authorities, the carriage of a disabled person or person with reduced mobility may not be assured if this is not feasible due to the characteristics of the vehicle or the lack of an infrastructure to carry the disabled person or person with reduced mobility in an operationally possible and safe manner.
In order to ensure the possibility of transportation, disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility should inform GOGIPSY at least 48 hours in advance of their special assistance needs and appear at the designated place of embarkation 30 minutes before departure at email@example.com.
Free transport of personal luggage is allowed, with a maximum limit of 2 packages per passenger up to a total gross weight of 25kg (cf. art. 16 no. 3 of Decree Law 399-F/84 of 28 December).
The transport of parcels that, due to their weight, dimensions and characteristics, should not be considered personal luggage and cannot be stowed in the lower luggage compartment or that compromise the security of the vehicle is not allowed (cfr. art. 16 no. 1 of Decree Law 399-F/84 of 28 December).
The transport of firearms or any other type of weaponry is not allowed.
Inside the vehicle, only small volumes will be allowed to be transported that, due to their dimensions, weight and characteristics, can be properly packed in the appropriate places and do not constitute risk or inconvenience to the passengers (Art. 16 no. 2 of Decree Law 399-F/84 of December 28).
Transportation of bicycles or surfboards is not allowed.
Documents and objects of value, such as computers, mobile phones, cameras, tablets or other similar items must accompany the passenger in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, respecting the size/weight limits inherent to hand luggage.
The responsibility for these objects lies entirely with their owners. GOGIPSY declines all and any liability, direct or indirect, for damages related to items that you should not include in your luggage, such as fragile or perishable goods (e.g. food and/or beverages), valuable items (e.g. money, jewelry, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, documents, passports and/or other identification documents).
GOGIPSY shall not be liable for any damage or loss or for non-compliance with the foregoing.
9.Transport of animals
The transport of pets shall be allowed in the passenger compartment of the vehicle if the animal is travelling accompanied, duly packed in an appropriate container and presented in an adequate state of health and hygiene, as stipulated in Ordinance No. 968/2009, unless the latter, due to its size or nature, is likely to disturb the other passengers or damage the bus.
It’s free as long as it doesn’t occupy a place.
10. Invoice order
If you wish to obtain an invoice under the voucher purchased, please make your request through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching the scan of the transport ticket obtained at the time of shipment.
The invoice is issued up to five (5) working days after the order.
Passengers are recommended to arrive at the place of boarding at least 15 minutes in advance.

GOGIPSY reserves the right to reinforce its regular services with unfoldings, (offer reinforcements), and vehicles with different characteristics may be used whenever circumstances so require.
